I thought I’d share one of my most popular visualization exercises on this topic. It can be very powerful and only takes a moment. I’ve used this with many of my clients with great success. We are all like diamonds when we are born.
Step 1: Program your reminders app to go off on a consistent basis. How often is up to you. You want it to go off often enough during the day that the effect is positive, but you don’t want it to go off so much that it drives you crazy and you end up ignoring it.
If you're not reaching your full potential, it may not be what you think. It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you're not.
You’ll notice on this blog that I write a lot about personal development, mindset, and psychology. First, I can’t help myself (my doctorate is in psychology). Second, and most importantly, if you work on your inner game, the outer game flows naturally, easily, and with flow.

One of my clients is looking to improve the order form his team uses for his signature product.
As he should.
There's nothing worse than working 12+ hour days on a big launch -- designing amazing sales pages and funnels, writing perfect copy, etc. -- and then losing sales because of a bad order form.
I've come to realize over the years that, for me, it is absolutely necessary to include these five days into my life, especially now that I own my own business. Otherwise, my life and my business just don't run right.
I have a question for you. Are you waiting to be happy? Are you waiting until you have the perfect business, perfect team, perfect partner, perfect body, perfect house, or perfect kids?
While you're outside, breathe.
While you're breathing, see.
While you're seeing, listen.
While you're listening, smell.
While you're smelling, feel.
While you're feeling, appreciate.
